How heavy can a playhouse be?

500 lbs. ? 1,500 lbs.? 5,000 lbs. ? Generally, playhouses weigh approximately 4,000 lbs. The heaviest playhouse was the 2001 Pirate's Hideaway. It topped the scale at 13,350 lbs.
